Mentorship Program - Application

Through the Mentorship Program, NBC together with the other Nordic Business Councils link ambitious professionals with knowledgeable executives and entrepreneurs. Our mission is to promote a mutual exchange of ideas and experience between mentors and mentees. The program provides participants with personal career guidance, ideas, business training and networking opportunities to foster the relationships between the more experienced members and the young professionals. The goal is to create valuable synergies between mentors and mentees, where both can grow from each other’s experiences.

Mentees, an NBC member, will get the chance to learn from professionals who have extensive experience in their particular field of expertise. Get professional support with resumes, tips on how to cope with challenges in the workplace, how to make the most out of the career, as well as realizing business ideas and goals will also be part of the framework.
