Heat is here, summer vacation is around the corner for many of us, and we would like to invite you for a short, inspirational workshop on:

HOW TO LEAVE WORK BEHIND AND GET INTO HOLIDAY MOOD WITH EASE

In this workshop, Sofie Dahlman, Career & Personal Development Coach (Cert. Co-Active Coach, CTI Faculty Cert. mBraining Coach) will offer you useful coaching tools, but also share her experiences from working with clients and give you concrete tips and ideas on how to effectively embrace your vacation to the fullest! Summer 2023 we are getting ready!

About the speakar: Sofie Dahlman, Career & Personal Development Coach (Cert. Co-Active Coach, CTI Faculty Cert. mBraining Coach) I am Sofie, a former HR professional originating from Sweden that recognized my urge to do work that has an impact – that helps people connect to the best version of themselves, so they could bring the best version of themselves to their careers, their relationships and to the world around them. I am certified Co-Active Coach, as well as Mbraining Coach. With Soda coaching I specialise in helping people balancing professional success with their overall happiness in life. I am passionate about supporting my clients aligning their thoughts, feelings and actions in designing a life that fully resonates with their core in both life and career.

Time: Registration and welcome drink at 6:30 – 7:00pm. Workshop at 7:00 - 7:30 pm followed by networking.
